Mike Caughtinabadromance Lee just assigned me 7 more things you might not know about me facts. Hmmmmmm. Here goes nothing: 1) I had a full-ride scholarship for journalism (tuition, books, plus a little extra) for 4 years at KU. 2) I met my husband on a blind date, was engaged 2 months later and married 9 months after that -- and NO, there was no baby involved. 3) My parents also met on a blind date...only they met in March and were married May 20 the same year. (No baby issues there either.) 4) I was a resident assistant at the University of Kansas for two years at GSP-Corbin Hall and I was also a member of the Gamma Phi Beta Sorority there...not many people did both. 5 ) I got so many parking tickets while at KU that I think there might actually be a Tracy A. Wilkinson Memorial Parking Garage there. 6) While I was on a cruise on my honeymoon, just outside Jamaica, I had a conversation with a man who had been given a tour of my former apartment while I had still lived there, and who currently occupied that space. 7) I have real trouble running into inanimate objects...have a permanent bruise on my hip from the sofas as work and somehow managed (stone cold sober) to park my car on top of an ornamental boulder 1 block away from my parents home in Lees Summit. I will wear a badge of shame for this forever. I think that should cover my 7.
