Se Hi just want to ask your comments about termination and also what happened to me so heres my story.. I got terminated because of neglect of duty. I was taking in calls that day and at the end of my shift my TL gave a document and have it signed a Recommendation of Termination also signed by the Site Manager, OM, STM, HRM. and I was advised by my TL that I cant report to work the following day, After that I read something at DOLE stating that there should be Notice of Termination 30 days prior before they can officially ask me to stop reporting. I also undergone panel hearing almost a month before I was advised to stop reporting. Im not really sure if this would be applicable on our Industry. Do you guys have any thoughts on it? Is right or is this beyond jurisdiction of DOLE? Thanks for the inputs.nt as PM
