"Sean Kingston is adamant that a recent scuffle between Chris Brown and his entourage with Frank Ocean and his entourage in a Los Angeles studio back in January was not Brown’s fault. Speaking to VLAD TV recently the “Beat It” artist shared his version of the well publicized event, a version which he claims is backed up by surveillance camera footage. “The Frank Ocean thing, I was there in the studio and that was not his fault. I don’t care, that was not his fault. I wasn’t in the studio where the fight was, I was in the lounge room, and I came out and seen a little bit of the fight. It was not his fault,” he revealed. “Then when I heard the story and I played back the camera, he played back the camera for me, it was not his fault. He was reaching out trying to give Frank Ocean a “dap”, Frank Ocean didn’t want to give him a “dap”. Frank Ocean was talking sh*t like oh I guess ’cause he had come crip guys with him and that’s what happened,” he added. The above scuffle, which occurred at the Westlake Studio in Los Angeles earlier this year, resulted in both Brown and Ocean sporting injuries with neither act pressing charges on the other. This month however, Sha’Keir Duarte who is believed to be Frank Ocean’s cousin, reportedly filed a lawsuit against Brown following January’s brawl." Source: Kempire Daily
