Search for Haemostasis Products’ Application Specialist Who Are We A worldwide leading group, developing and manufacturing IVD (In Vitro Diagnostics) products. The Group overall turnover exceeded 1.026 Million Euros in 2012. Today the Group has a direct presence in more than 24 countries world-wide actually distributing products, through partners, in more than 62 countries. In its continued growth and effort to deliver to its Distributors and End Users a better service the company is looking for a Haemostasis Application Specialist to be based at its Representative Office in Bangkok, Thailand. The Representative Office is established to provide support to the following territories: Thailand, Philippines, Viet Nam, Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and Brunei. The Job The application Specialist will report to the Representative Office Mgr. and will interact with either Head Office (Europe/USA) as well as local appointed Distributor Company/ies and local End Users such as Private and Public Hospital Laboratory. In the described scenario the Haemostasis Application Specialist will have to attend the following primary tasks: Train the local Distributors’ Product Specialist on how to use the product, how to present it to Customers, how to face competitors, how to position our product offering. Make sure all Marketing tools and Product information related to Haemostasis are reaching the right people at the local Distributor level and are properly understood and utilized. Support the local Distributor’s Marketing and/or Product Support teams on Customer’s training/Demo activities. Provide, when needed, technical troubleshooting to local, Thai and or other S.E. Asia Country, Distributor Product Support team. Periodically meet Distributor’s staff to assess their knowledge and identify needs for new training. Assist existing Customer/s in properly understanding and utilizing our Haemostasis products’ range. Visit potential new and current Customer Labs, in Thailand as well as in other S.E. Asia Countries, with the purpose to understand their needs and introduce or give updates on Haemostasis product range. Verify satisfaction of existing Customers through periodical visits to their Laboratory. Work in close touch with the local Distributors to constantly assess market needs and our ability to respond to Customer’s enquiries. Act as a liaison between the local Distributor/s and the European Head Office reporting specific issues and or updating local organization with latest product’s related information. He/she shall become operative after receiving an appropriate training course at Company Head Office in Europe.
