Search on for Two Escaped Juveniles from Farmville Juvenile Detention Center Virginia State Police are conducting an intensive search near the Piedmont Regional Juvenile Center following the escape of two juvenile inmates Saturday morning (Aug. 2). State police were notified at 6:25 a.m. by center officials of the escape of two male 17-year-old inmates. Both inmates are dressed in gray shirts and blue shorts. One has no shoes. One of the teens is a white male, five feet seven and approximately 152 pounds with dark brown hair and brown eyes. The other teen is a a black male, 5 feet 5 and approximately 130 pounds with brown eyes and black hair. Neither teen is armed, but the public is still advised not to approach them. If anyone sees the juveniles, then please call 911 or state police at 434-352-7128 (or #77 on a cell phone). The Prince Edward County Sheriff’s Office and Farmville Police are assisting with the search efforts.
