Sebon allows CIT to issue Upper Tamakoshi shares KATHMANDU, April 27: Securities Board of Nepal (Sebon) has decided to allow the Citizens Investment Trust (CIT) to work as the issue manager of the Upper Tamakoshi Pvt Ltd (UTKHPL).
