Making travel arrangements. Assist with journal recons. Administration of Insurance claims Processing, purchase orders on our Oracle Control and disbursement of petty cash. Control the outgoing cheque register. Matric (Grade) with an Administrative/Secretarial qualification would be advantageous. Minimum of 3 years similar experience. Microsoft Office Proficiency. Exposure to a Finance environment. Must have strong minute taking experience as the person will assist with Tender board meetings.
