Section 144 imposed around Exam Centres in Srinagar Srinagar: To ensure smooth conduct of Objective Type Written Test on August 03, 2014 conducted by the Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board in Srinagar district and to curb the menace of copying, unfair means besides upholding the sanctity of the examination, District Magistrate, Srinagar has imposed Section 144 Cr. P.C around a radius of 200 meters of the examination centres, an official statement said on Monday. Any congregation of five or more people and copying material around these centres have been banned. This order shall remain in force till examinations are over in the district. However, the order shall not apply to Security Force and Police deployed for the purpose of maintaining law and order in nominated examination centres, the statement added.
