Berkeley where he majored in integrative biology with an emphasis in marine ecology. He earned a Master’s of Science degree in Regenerative Studies at Cal Poly Pomona, aiming to find innovative solutions and hands-on community-based work related to ecological protections and habitat restoration. Brian began volunteering for LAW in 2005 and joined the staff in 2007 as Kelp Project Coordinator, working to maximize restoration and monitoring of L.A. As Marine Program Manager since 2008, Brian is also involved in outreach and advocacy for science-based marine protected areas, sustainable fisheries, marine invasive species control, abalone recovery, and improved oil spill prevention and response. - See more at: ecodivecenter/los-angeles-scuba-dive-club#sthash.seo8weCX.dpuf
