See you all in the days and months to come...I should have a pretty good story for you! Thursday I will attempt to cross the Grand Canyon back and forth in one day. It is the equivalent of climbing up and down Squaw Peak 8 times AND running a marathon in between the rims. I plan to do this in 20-23 hours. I have in no way prepared myself physically like the 19yo version of me would have, but the 43yo is hopefully wiser and mentally tough as nails!
