Seed Swap at the KCTB Potluck – Friday April 4th. There are 3 seed categories – vegetables, herbs, and flowers. Please bring your seeds in well-sealed packets, either small envelopes, plastic bags, or make your own out of regular paper and tape. Each packet should have a fair amount of seeds – 50 or so for small seeds (broccoli or lettuce), 10 to 20 for tomatoes or peppers, and 4 to 6 seeds for squash/melons/cucumbers. Label each packet with type (Tomato), variety (Roma), origin of seed if know, heirloom/hybrid, year collected, and your name/contact information. Drop off your packets at the exchanging table set up at the front of the hall. We will swap after the meal and planned programming. For those without seeds to trade, some people will have extra seed packets available for time credit exchange.
