Seeds of Destiny BLESSED BEYOND MEASURE THROUGH DIVINE DIRECTION And thine ears shall hear a word behind thee, saying, This is the way, walk ye in it, when ye turn to the right hand, and when ye turn to the left. Isaiah 30:21 Thought for today: Your destiny is at the mercy of the covenant and not the economy. What does it take to be established as a generational blessing? What does it take to be established in the blessings of God like Abraham was? It takes Divine direction. You must remain connected to Divine direction and the Voice of God. Never act, move or take steps outside the will of God. Genesis 12:10 tells us that �Abram went down to Egypt� Abraham did not ask God which way to go. It was a personal decision and choice. There was no trace of Divine input to go down to Egypt. And if you study Genesis 12 carefully, you will notice that his move to Egypt produced negative results. If you want to reach where God wants you to reach in life, take note of these 2 points; 1. You must never move, act or take any decision based on sight evidence. Never allow your eyes to guide you into business. Never allow your natural eyes to guide you into marriage or ministry. Your destiny is at the mercy of the covenant and not the economy. 2. Never move or take steps on the basis of the action of the majority. I thought to myself, Why did Abraham decide to go down to Egypt? It is possibly similar to the way many Nigerians want to run off to developed countries today in search of greener pastures. Egypt at that time looked like greener pastures and everybody was looking for an Egyptian visa. Abraham also decided to join the bandwagon. Beloved, you must never allow the majority to determine your destiny. Your condition is not determined by your location but by your revelation. You may live where they live but your case should not be their case. I see you taking the right step today, in Jesus Name. Remember this: your destiny is at the mercy of the covenant and not the economy. Assignment 1. Beware of taking major decisions without the leading of the Holy Spirit. 2. Refuse to be led by the crowd. (Because everybody is doing it does not make it right.) For further understanding, get this message: Being a Generational Blessing � The Establishment. Prayer I refuse to be disconnected from Divine direction. I am not going to do things because everybody is doing it. Lord, I am going to do what You want me to do, in Jesus Name.
