The interested personnel may contact me at fattanira@sabic Brief outline of job responsibilities: * Support the Project Team in the finalization of the Project Strategy. * Prepare Project Schedule with all resources loading. Prepare Look ahead Schedules. * Review the Contractors Planning Package. * Manage, Control & Forecast the Change Orders. Comprising of WBS. * Contribute in Risk Analysis. Develop Risk simulation models to monitor and manage project schedule and cost risks. * Perform progress measurement systems. Perform progress monitoring. Prepare Recovery Plan. * Contract administration, Evaluation of claims and Close out reports. * Prepare Project Budget. Review invoices and cash flow. * Perform cost control activities. Perform Estimation ,Preparation and Control the Budget as per approved WBS. * Review & Feedback on Invoicing & payment procedures & maintain the Invoicing Record. Job Requirements: Bachelor Degree in System Engineering. Min. Experience: 5 yrs Special skills & knowledge: Expert in Primavera 6. Expert in MS Projects. Expert in S-Curve Generation. Other requirements: * Good knowledge of Construction activity sequence. Sound quantitative and analytical skills. * Production and Manpower norms, durations etc in EPC environment. * Good communication and presentation skills. * Knowledgeable with policies, procedures and best practices in the areas of Project Managment.
