Seeking justice for Dean Addison. On December 12th Y2K he was wrongfully convicted for the accused charges of Armed Robbery, Kidnapping and Possession of a Firearm during commission of a crime, and was sentenced to 25 years. He was found guilty by a jury on the accused offenses, in which there was clearly no evidence, no finger prints or statements made against him from the victim. During picture lineups the victim stated that they never seen him a day in their life. Dean Addison was misrepresented during trial by his attorney and the misconduct of the District Attorney, where the District Attorneys job is not to convict you but to see that a fair trial is granted, but the district Attorney went against the code of conduct and morals by persuading the jury to find the accused guilty, because they were taking a chance leaving criminals on the street. During the investigation the investigators went as far as putting a gun to his head, making threats that if didnt confess they would kill his mother. NOW is that really justice when they use Barbaric tactics, Trickery, and threats to get a conviction. IT IS time we as People support this movement so that justice is Served.
