Seems like the mother needs this little girl in her life to make sure she doesnt dip out in an alleyway and end up in some sort of underground prostitution ring. Its pretty sad when your 4/5 year old shows more responsibility than you do! This junkie-nation were living in right now is disgraceful!! I dont even want to bring a child into this heroin epidemic era we are all growing accustomed to... itd be too unfair! I know addiction is an uphill battle but wars are often won with unity and perseverance! Dont be afraid to ask for help... We can fight together!
