Seems like yesterday I was young...last night I felt my age...my first ever Self - Defense/Marshall arts class...good exercise....sore...some of my parts will not bend the way they wanted me to bend....my good fortune placed me next to a talkative little 6 or 7 year old girl with some color belt- yellow or green...she looks at me...and she said you are the oldest person here...I said yep...and she said you are the biggest person here...I said yup...then she said you have the longest hair here...yup....then at one point Im trying to hop on one foot and balance and kick ...my balance was bad and she looks up and says...Mr. try not to fall on me I cant protect myself from a real big person falling on me....ok.....Must have looked uncomfortable...6 or 7 people said come back next week dont give up...I wont, trying to make little changes.........................................................................................................................Remember I need your support...buying an advance copy of my new Gospel Cd....https://facebook/events/836590253038832/
