Seems not only like a clear violation of net neutrality, but a good way to real-life example that will highlight why net neutrality is a good idea. Unless the courts think its a better idea that if you buy an Apple movie that it stream without a problem because other free traffic is clogging up the tubes. I had this happen to me--friends over to see a movie, rented it from iTunes, it died at about 25%. Jessie went out (in the rain) and rented it from Redbox. The nice thing was that Apple refunded the rental and even gave us a credit for two free rentals. The same thing happened a few days later with AmazonPrime and Amazon did the same thing.
