Seen lots of posts today from friends who like me do not have the pleasure of spending the day with their father. Got me to thinking about days gone by and how much other fathers influenced me. Naturally my Dad was the biggest influence but the others also had a big hand in who i am today. Mr. England - the old coach. Chief Dodson - the policeman. There was Stirman, and Dubose and Reese and so many others. I just hope that I can be a positive influence on as many kids as my Dad and these gentlemen (and too many others to mention) were for so many of us.
