SEASONAL CALL CENTER/CONTACT CENTER REPRESENTATIVES NEEDED The Job: Inbound call center associate positions that handle BOTH sales and customer service calls. Some positions handle email. The Hours: Full-Time seasonal positions available The positions are primarily day shift FT work schedules must be a minimum of 5 days per week / 8 hours per day. For How Long: Current schedules are projected to last from October through December 2014. Some opportunities for extensions may be available. (This is subject to change.) The Pay Rate: $10.50 per hour Positions are located in Carson, at the See’s Candies Contact Center Headquarters, in close proximity close to the 710 and 405 freeways. HOW TO QUALIFY TO WORK AT See’s Candies Experience/Qualifications – HIGHLY DESIRED: Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment. You must be detail oriented with good listening skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills are also very important. A clear, professional phone voice is required. Most importantly: a strong desire to help customers purchase the right gift and resolve any issues that arise. PC experience is a MUST. Some positions require the use of Excel.
