Segregation, in and of itself, has never been a real problem for me. DISCRIMINATION.....Well, thats a horse of a another color. I have no desire to live with, date or get along with a person who doesnt care for my presence. But I have serious issues when that same person goes out of their way to discomfort my life. To deny me an education, a job and/or a means to provide for my family is a denial I will never accept. Sentencing me and mine to a life of poverty via the rejection of my application FOR ANY DAMN THING simply because I am covered with Black skin will never be acceptable to me. In fact, I insist that if Im not bothering you, YOU are not going to bother me. If my words cannot convince you that harassing and blocking my efforts to succeed are not a good idea....Maybe a meeting in the middle of the street, where we can battle this out, will convince you. One thing is for sure---You ARE going to leave me alone!!!
