Selah in the Bible means to stop and listen.The Amplified Bible translates selah as pause, and think of that. This is such an important concept in all our lives. How often do we stop and listen? How often are we going through tough times and God has to remind us to take a Selah and remember who carries us? Check this song out by one of my favorite groups.
