Selamat sore dari Equity Retail Mandiri Sekuritas, Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) ditutup menguat hari ini (10/7) meskipun pasar saham Asia mayoritas memerah hari ini. IHSG membukukan kenaikan sebesar +74,84 poin (+1,70%) ke 4.478 setelah bergerak di kisaran 4.413—4.495. Sebanyak 180 saham naik, 76 turun, 93 tak bergarak, dan 170 tak ditransaksikan. Hari ini transaksi yang dibukukan sebesar Rp5,88 triliun, terdiri dari transaksi di pasar reguler Rp5,29 triliun, pasar negosiasi Rp842 miliar. Dari total transaksi itu, investor asing membukukan aksi jual bersih (net sell) Rp593 miliar, sedangkan aksi net sell asing di pasar reguler sebanyak Rp551 miliar. Delapan sektor yang tercatat di bursa naik, dipimpin sektor konsumer (+3,34%) dan properti (+3,20%). Penguatan sektor konsumer dipimpin saham PT Unilever Tbk (UNVR, Rp29.200 SELL TP: Rp23.150) yang menguat +5,57% dan PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk (INDF, Rp6.850, BUY TP: Rp8.700) yang naik +4,58%. Sementara sektor properti didukung oleh penguatan saham PT Pembangunan Perumahan Tbk (PTPP, Rp1.220, TP: Rp1.500) yang naik +17,31% dan PT Adhi Karya Tbk (ADHI, Rp2.875, BUY TP: Rp4.200) yang menguat +16,16%. Dari regional, mayoritas pasar saham Asia turun yang tercemin dari indeks saham Nikkei 225 di Jepang (-0,39%), Korea Composite di Korea Selatan (-0,34%). Pasar saham Eropa yang baru dibuka tadi siang juga negatif, tercermin dari naiknya indeks saham FTSE 100 di London (-0,41%), DAX di Jerman (-0,36%), dan CAC 40 di Perancis (-0,43%). Dari pasar valas, nilai tukar rupiah menguat 5 poin menjadi Rp9.955 per dolar AS. Selamat berinvestasi!
