Self Defense Class Teen Intro to IMPACT Date: Sun, Aug 4, 1-4pm Fee: $79 advanced registration and payment by July 28: $99 after July 28 Length: 3 hours Open to: Teens ages 13-19 The workshop focuses on fundamentals of boundary-setting and assertiveness as well as physical self-defense. Students will practice responding to simulated attack scenarios with male instructors in padded gear. An emphasis is placed on addressing situations involving conflict with acquaintances, as this is the highest risk category for young people.
