Self Discipline in other words mean Self Mastery,it has to do with when u can master ur emotions,appetite and inclinations.People who lack the ability to master their their appetite become weak and dessolute,as wel as unreliable in other things as well...Self Discipline can also be defined as self control.Your ability to control urself nd ur actions, control wat u say nd do,nd ensure that ur bhaviours are consistent with ur long term goals nd objectives is the mark of the superior person... Discipline has been defined as Self Denial. This require that u deny urself d easy pleasures,d temptations dat lead so many people astray nd instead discipline urslf to do only those things dat u know are right for the Long term nd appropraite for the moment...
