Seminar on overseas education held HT Correspondent, Hindustan Times Fatehgarh Sahib, September 04, 2013 First Published: 00:47 IST(4/9/2013) | Last Updated: 00:50 I More than 400 students on Tuesday attended a seminar on "The Importance and Benefits of Overseas Education", conducted on the campus of Continental Group of Institutes here. Final year students of BTech, including mechanical engineering, civil engineering, computer science, IT and electronics and communication engineering streams, received career counselling and solutions to their queries regarding admissions to foreign universities. Gaurav Sharma of Worldwide Education Services (WWES) presented the seminar, which was attended by BPS Grewal (executive director of CGI), JK Jha (associate director of CIET), Jaswinder Singh Dilawari (vice-president of CIET), Tanveer Singh Gill, Harbhajan Singh Mann, Mandeep Singh, Prabhjot Singh and the faculty of CGI.
