It is sad but a true fact that many companies are not licensed through their respective states, nor do they take the proper steps to train their employees properly, this sometimes leads to shoddy work or unethical business practices. Our principles to great customer service are easily accomplished as follows, We answer phone calls or emails in a timely manner. We want to solve your problem and would like to earn your business. Please give us a chance to solve your issue regarding wildlife pests, as sometimes we just can’t get to the phone if we are in the middle of removing raccoons, or in a crawlspace looking for a dead animal to remove. We offer free inspections and quotes, however we do not give quotes over the phone, as too many variables are involved and each home unique in its own way. We go out of our way to make sure all of your questions are answered to the best of our abilities from the first time you call, to the cessation of the job. We make sure we are on time for appointments, however due to circumstances beyond our control, sometimes it is impossible to be on time, due to weather, traffic, or accidents, or a prior appointment taking longer than anticipated. If you are not able to make an appointment for some reason, please try to leave a message the night before if possible, as we try to use all available time to our best interest.
