Edward Markey sent a letter to the Federal Trade Commission on Saturday asking if Googles upcoming change to its Terms of Service -- which means people with Google Profiles may see their names and photos used in Google ads, reviews, and elsewhere -- violates the companys 2011 privacy settlement with the FTC over its now-defunct Buzz service. Now....this shift in Googles policy raises a number of important questions about whether Google is altering its privacy policy in a manner inconsistent with its consent agreement with the Commission?
