Senior / IS Engineer @Town / 5 days Responsibilities • Report to the Team lead as second level support Engineer to ensure daily IT support and System administration • Develop and sustain an in depth technical knowledge of Web application technology • Work with first level support engineer, vendor support to resolve technical problems either in server, software application or computing devices such as mobile • Administrator & Developer for Domino Lotus Notes with daily assignment given by the Team Lead • Enhance the Company website, and continue to provide support or proposals of new web application solutions • Implementation of IT policy, procedures and standards • Work with Network Engineer to resolve all network, system issues from time to time Requirements • A Bachelor degree/diploma in Computer Science/IT or related discipline. • At least 3 years of strong hands-on experience in system analysis and design, system development and enhancement. • Experience in web programming development such as php, C#, ASP.NET, Java script various web technologies is an advantage • Experience in database maintenance such as mssql, mysql , oracle • Experience with Lotus Notes and/or Xpage or Web Application development will have an advantage. • Good exposure in full SDLC experience, GUI design, and implementation. • Good object-oriented programming concepts. • Able to communicate with end users and conduct requirements studies effectively. • Able to work independently to meet project deadlines with minimum supervision. • Ability to troubleshoot network, hardware and software problems • Network , Firewall and Cisco knowledge is an advantage • Quick learner.
