Senior Officer, Recruitment – Male UAE National Senior Officer, Recruitment - 5 vacancy; Male UAE National with Human Resources degree “Higher Diploma/Bachelor”. Fresh OR 2 to 5 years’ experience in Recruitment ONLY, needs to have a good English communication skills as well as presentation and able to travel in a quarterly basis to Abu Dhabi. Role Purpose: Coordinate, Implement and communicate Human Capital activities with primary concentration on recruitment administration to provide quality support to the Human Capital, Employment Relationship unit several functions. Operational Responsibility •Plan and Implement day-to-day HC Recruitment activities focused on HC manpower & recruitment requirements and needs, applying functional policies and procedures as well as HC systems Recruitment Administer and Implement, in coordination with the HC manager, the recruitment activities, including, manpower planning, attracting and screening applicants, testing, interviewing, and contracting to fill out the strategic job families at the right time needed by DAFZA various Department Administer and coordinate recruitment plan that require external coordinating, follow up with recruitment agencies payments, advertisements, and career exhibitions, to ensure smooth recruitment process. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE • Bachelors in Human Resource. • Fresh Graduate with not less than GPA:3.0 • Administrative skills, filing and managing time and priorities • Ability to remain updated with new recruitments in HCM. • Proficient in written and oral Arabic and English. • Proficient in using MS office, Visio, power point presentation.
