In support of our operation in Indonesia as part of Emerio’s strategy to strengthen its presence in Asia, we are looking for young and experienced Professional to fulfill following position: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist Job Description Job Description : 1. Work with internal teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts. 2. Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs. 3. Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization 4. Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements 5. Proactively network and source and diligently manage passive candidates through the full cycle from initial contact to offer acceptance – and build rapport with candidates from entry-level to very senior specialized talent 6. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of technical talent for specific talent communities 7. Understand the campus recruitment lifecycles and what it takes to attract top talent from technical programs 8. Manage closing process which requires skills in active listening, negotiation, follow through and creativity 9. Develop recruitment strategy. This may include job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning. Requirements : 1. Dynamic Recruiting professional with 5+ years of progressive staffing experience within technology, ideally from a consulting organization or agency 2. Experience leading or mentoring other technical recruiters in fast paced, dynamic environments 3. Technical recruitment experience in advanced technology recruitment preferred 4. Demonstrated success in a highly competitive labor market combined with strong expertise in advanced sourcing techniques in social media, direct recruiting and other sophisticated recruiting tactics 5. Strong track record of filling positions where only the most exceptional talent is accepted 6. Ability to streamline the staffing process and partner with key stakeholders to ensure effective staffing outcomes 7. Attention to detail, multi-tasking, and strong follow through required 8. Highly effective written and verbal communication skills necessary 9.
