Senior Technical Support Job Description: Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Operating system & Services is a MUST. MCSE/MCSA is a Must. CCNA (Cisco) is a plus Excellent Skills in Network Services: • DNS Services. • Mail Services. • HTTP Services. • FTP Services. Knowledge of Web Applications. Good Experience in MySQL, MS-SQL DB is a Plus. Knowledge of shell scripting is a MUST. Experience in Hosting Services (Data Centre Environment). Knowledge of Virtualization Technologies (vMware ESXi, KVM, and Hyper-V). Very Good Knowledge with hardware brands (DELL, HP, IBM, etc...) is a MUST. Experience in EMC Storage (Connecting to SAN Storage through iSCSI and fiber). Excellent technical writing and documentation skills. Excellent technical troubleshooting skills. Operational tasks is a MUST: • Troubleshoot Hosting Managed Services (OS level + application + Hardware + Connectivity). • Provide support for Data Center Unit (DCU). • Handel all tickets escalated from DCU. • Provide reports for Hosting Services, improving the internal processes, and infrastructure management. • Play a proactive role in product planning, designing, implementing and testing. • Contribute in writing technical plans, technical operations and technical materials. • Able to work in Team environment. • Able to work under pressure.
