Proposed Northwood Development Site There has been a proposal submitted to rejuvenate the site on Longueville/Northwood Roads, opposite the Longueville Sporting Club, which currently houses the petrol station and other assorted small businesses. The proposal covers a site area of approximately 4,435.6 square metres. The proposal will bring to Northwood specialty fresh food shopping (fruit, meat, deli, cafe) with apartments above. There will be 175 car parks, approximately half of which will be available for shoppers and other users of businesses in the area. The applicant and their advisers are holding two information sessions the Longueville Sporting Club on Friday 19th July and Saturday 20th July from 1pm to 5pm. Please come along and have your questions answered. The project team, comprising architects as well as traffic consultants, urban designers and planners will be available to answer your questions.
