Sentuhan Kasih Deepavali was an outreach community project organised by Galeri Petronas to celebrate the festival with Monfort Homes 380 boys and girls on Oct 16, 2014. Mr. Andrew Ng was commissioned to be the main facilitator along with 37 volunteers as small group facilitators. He introduced expressive arts elements such as music, body movements, sounds, drawing, mask making for the youth to express their feelings and facial expression as a means to understand their emotions. During the 4-hour worship, these youth age between 16-18, opened their hearts and shared their joy, fear, anxiety, sadness, and aspirations among themselves. They really had a good and fun time together.
