September is always the month when work resumes after summer - when kids go back to school and colleges begin a new academic session, when new ambassadors present their credentials, when allocated budgets in the financial year come in to play, in short when everyone gets in to performance gear. Wishing Pakistan a new beginning this September - 2014 after 1947. Whoever is in charge - its a whole new ballgame.
