If the CIA through US military resources can teleport then let me make this clear. They are utilizing relatively and what some refer to as time travel is not actually time travel at the end of the day. It is moving at a speed relative to something else that it appears to unwind in space back in time. In other words by traveling fasting than the speed of light towards a recently built house, one would simply enter the house and not crash into the walls. This is because space is relativistic to time. But you are not actually changing time. You are changing your relative perspective of time until you slow down and everything is synchronized again. I am simply pointing out that with enough energy, the CIA could send something faster than the speed of light with magnetic and electric fields and it could easily go through any barriers assuming they are recent. It might literally be safer to hide in a cave that has been around 50000 years because teleporting into such a location would require much more energy to breach the speed of light far more. The further beyond the speed of light, the more unraveled or back in time the matter of space would appear. Of course the theory also states it is impossible to go faster than the speed of light. Near the speed of light, time slows down but would not reverse. Unwinding objects to their back in time state would require breaching the speed of light according to all well known knowledge. Most of this is tied to Einsteins theory of special relativity which of course is not expanded upon enough. The infinite mass upon approaching the speed of light seems to be being proved untrue. This opens up the possibility not to go back in time but to go through objects as the objects can be unwound in time. The US Army even claims to be able to teleport data in the news just this past June. But in the secret wings of research done in the military due to the budget it gets but in control of the CIA, it would seem likely that they have had the ability to travel faster than the speed of light and thus apparently teleport for quite a while even since the end of World War II.
