Serenity: 7 Helpful Habits YEA I DO ABOUT 6 OF THESE! HELP! LOL Get enough sleep About seven to eight hours per night is ideal. Treat your physical body with respect= Shumay Not even! Watch what you eat and get at least a little bit of exercise everyday. Spend quality time with others= I try Talk to a close friend about your thoughts, emotions, successes and failures on a regular basis. Spend quality time with yourself= Love my mee time! Reflect upon your relationships and your place in the world - try not to think about work and give the other parts of you a chance to grow as well. Learn to laugh out loud The best cure for stress is laughter. Dont take yourself or your situations too seriously. Feed your spiritual life Spirituality is remaining mindful of the place of others in your life. These connections with other people allow you to plug in to their support, energy and spirituality at any time in your life. Many of us focus on these connections when we wake up in the morning, through difficult times in the day and when we give thanks before going to sleep. Helping others= i do alot of to where it is crushing me.... Find a way to be of service to someone in need in your community.
