Seriously I dont know how the current situation can continue... Every so often Ill do a post and Ill be Pissed off Ill rant mainly but right now Im not pissed off Im officially at a loss. No matter what I will always try for a dog and many know when I focus or a dog really needs help Ill push as hard as I can.. I cannot push these dogs anymore now there is NO where to push THEM to... On average Im receiving 10-20 requests to help dogs every day, THATS not including my poundies or tags this is pms/texts/calls. Im NOW Evan getting stopped in the street, my number is MORE active then chatline!! Predominantly its usually staffs or some form of bull breed mixes, where am I putting ALL these desperate Dogs exactly?? My house is FULL, I cant personally Rbu them all and I cant just dump them in eb for the foreseeable, I always have some LAST minute plan BUT Im stuck. People dont want any dogs, PUPPIES or otherwise this last few wks I have placed numerous puppies, I have a puppy here, weve had and got puppies in rescue all varying ages, HOW does a 10wk old puppy become unwanted?!? How does a full litter of jrts of 15wks become unwanted.. People STILL breed, breeders still try to justify themselves, there is right NOW, absolutely no justification for breeding kc, Show or otherwise. People dont like that view tough your NOT faced with a needle in YOUR vein. Reality NEEDS to be served up to some people hard and fast.. Dogs are dying all over, and NO not just byb popping staffs out either, ALL breeds ALL ages, and Fb ONLY gives us around 7% if THAT of Dogs needing help.. Dogs are being dumped for NO reason at all now. People have NO attachment to them, they just dont care. I am fed up off opening pms and e-mails to people WHO just dont want their dog NO reasons they just dont want it.. Then we have the designer pedigrees popping up all over people think they can cross 2 breeds and charge extortionate prices, its NOT a jug or a puggle or a chiweenie, its a mongrel and if you pay £800 for one YOUR a moron go to the pound the last lot from these scum are STILL there.. These dogs dont come with back up either if you cannot keep your dog thats YOUR problem or rather ours as the poor dogs are then passed onto us.. I cannot understand how ANYONE claiming to love their dogs can send more dogs out into this mess it baffles me BUT they have their eyes CLOSED to the suffering as they DONT see the connection between kc and pound or pedigree and pound or show and pound and they dont See the connection between themselves and the pound.. Then weve the bait Dogs ex fighting dogs abused dogs to deal with on top off all the others (that have not come from breeders *cough*) and its NOT easy in FACT its near on impossible to place one of these dogs in the correct environment, ONE that is experienced enough to deal with the issues these dogs come with safely.. Rescues are going under with the sheer volume off dogs coming through their doors, and YES dont take the dog if you cant cope but THATS easier said than done when they are 6 months old or 15yrs old, very few people stop at their limit, mainly because their heart breaks for the dogs and its always JUST 1 more that turns into ten in 2wks its easy to fall victim to taking to many in RESCUE.. So WHOSE fault is it?? And how does it get sorted?? Lobbying to parliament and YOUR mp is all VERY well but when NO mps turn up at parliament to hear important animal rights issues being aired, HOW does that work... Compassion, empathy, and responsibility THATS what the problems are or rather lack of THEM.. I just feel sorry for all the poundies NOW dying or dead on a table because they where unwanted... BUT just go breed YOUR dog or order YOUR puppy its fine they are just poundies!!!!!!!!!!
