Seriously? Someone recalled a library book of mine but Im abroad so I cant return it until I get back in September, yet the people at Widener tell me that Ill be charged the maximum late fee of $28 and then a fee for the book being lost for $100, but that I will get the $100 back when I return it. How was I supposed to know that someone would recall a book of mine while I was abroad? Ugh bureaucracy.
