Seriously love the way Raina motivates and encourages people around him... Have to learn so much... Mc Cullum gets out yesterday, Raina pats him on his way to pavilion.. When Raina fields and someone in his circle does a great stop or gives their best to save runs, he immediately runs towards them and pats... If its a fast bowler bowling and someone from other circle stops a boundary, he wouldnt mind running across pitch to pat them before the bowler goes for his run up mark.... Seen it so many times when he plays for India and CSK... Great encouraging player to have in any team apart from being an awesome batsman and sometimes even a useful bowler by taking crucial breakthroughs or finishing of 2-3 quick overs and creating pressure to the opposition..
