Servant leadership is a core value at WI and during the season, we select one staff member each week that has demonstrated this philosophy in an exemplary way. This week, we are recognizing Nate Sunnarborg, a two-year veteran with WI. Nate consistently demonstrates systems thinking as he suggests process improvements, creates new content through photos and blog ideas, and puts in extra time on the trail and in the warehouse to ensure our trips run smoothly.
