Server Technical FAQ 1. Disconnection Issues Answer : Server is located in the United States and for Asia country players, you might have 0.2 seconds delay on the server. Disconnection issues are very common in games and sometimes it is related to your Internet Service Provier (ISP). 2. Character Missing Issues Answer : Please send me a private message if you are encountering missing character issue and I will help you to solve it as soon as possible. 3. Account Banned Issues Answer : Dragon Nest system which detect irregular activities in game will cause player accounts to be banned. You may contact me regarding this issue and I will lift your ban status as soon as possible. 4. Damage Blocked Issues Answer : Some players will experience No Damage issue in game due to irregular activities which is detected by Dragon Nest system. Once irregular activities point accumulate up to 100, your account damage will be 0. 5. Client Freeze Issues Answer : Client freeze issue is due to Operating System (OS).
