Service Advisor/Customer Support- Now Hiring! (Auburn ) We are. . ..A successful, family owned Automotive Maintenance and Repair facility located in Auburn. We provide each customer with a service/repair experience that exceeds expectations and differentiates us from the others. You are. . .A candidate that possesses natural leadership skills; taking charge of the duties and responsibilities of the advisor position by being accountable and communicating responsibly and effectively with customers, co-workers and management. You are self-motivated, confident, pro-active (not re-active!), highly organized, and have excellent spelling and grammar skills. The Roles & Responsibilities of Advisor/Service Writer include, but are not limited to: Greet and interact with customers by phone and in person. Schedule and coordinate service and repairs. Offer and schedule customer shuttle service as needed. Monitor and track progress of repair or service and maintain contact with customers providing updates and estimated completion times. Offer required/recommended service and repair with a focus on sales, profitability and customer wants and needs, utilizing excellent customer service. Estimate required/recommended service and repair ensuring accuracy and profitability with a focus on quality, thoroughness and honesty. Answer and facilitate customer questions and concerns, using expert technical knowledge and professional customer service skills. Strictly adhere to company policies and Bureau of Automotive Repair and State of California laws. Also required to adhere to Environmental Protection Agency laws and practices. Remain flexible, anticipate change and create positive outcomes. Skills/Requirements: Minimum 5 years Automotive Customer Service Writing Experience Current Knowledge of Automotive Systems and Parts Possess a State of CA Drivers license with clean driving record Basic PC Experience (i.e. Windows XP, AllData, Microsoft Word & Outlook) Ability to type FLSA Status: Full time, regular position Monday-Friday from 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. (weekends off) Benefits (after completion of 90 day eligibility) include: Paid Time Off (PTO- Sick & Vacation) Paid Holidays Company sponsored employee health insurance Company sponsored 401(k) plan Paid training Compensation: DOE TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION, CANDIDATES MUST MEET THE ABOVE MENTIONED EXPERIENCE AND SKILL SET.
