Service Advisor GK-automotive - Baghdad The primary function of the Service Advisor is to lead the service department so that the dealership may ensure a positive customer experience and meet corporate financial goals. It is the Service Advisor’s responsibility to manage a team of service technicians so they may excel in providing the best possible service to customers. 1. Determine customers’ needs and communicate them to the service shop and ensuring that problems have been properly handled 2. Handle Customer complaints with courtesy, tact, and in a manner that does not aggravate the problem 3. Ensure customer satisfaction 4. Promptly meet and greet service customers in a friendly and courteous manner. 5. Listen to customer’s reasons for bringing in their vehicle to the service department. 6. Offer logical diagnostic services or repairs to satisfy customers concerns. 7. Provide accurate estimates for all the services or repairs recommended. 8. Checks on progress of repair throughout the day. Contacts customers regarding any changes in the estimate or promised time, explains cost and time requirements in detail and gets proper authorization before any additional repairs are performed. 9. Sell the proper repairs and/or services responsible to customers perceived needs. 10. Present a service menu of recommended maintenance services to every service customer. 11. Obtain accurate parts and labor prices for all customer pay and internal operations using the appropriate parts price sources and labor pricing guide. 12. Confirm service appointments by telephone the day before the customer is scheduled to arrive. 13. Maintain repair order flow according to established company policies and procedures. 14. Obtain Customer’s authorization at Repair Order write-up and as additional repairs become necessary. 15. Accurate completion of Daily Work Control Form, including the Daily Labor sales and Time Management Control. 16. Maintaining detailed, up to date service records of the cases the dealership has handled 17. Provide Service Manager with the Daily Labor Sales and Time Management Control Skills Bachelors Degree in Engineering ( Automotive, Mechanical ) - Minimum 1 year experience in Automotive Field - The successful candidate should: - Excellent Communications skills - Good time management skills - Excellent customer service skills. - Professional appearance and work ethic. - Ability to work well in a process driven environment you can apply through this link :
