Service Notice – Prepaid Mobile Customers At 10pm on Sunday, January 19 until 6:00am on Monday we will conduct a network upgrade to serve you better. During that period you will only be able to make LIME to LIME calls and dial emergency numbers. Short Codes and cross-network calling will be suspended in order to complete the upgrade. Existing mobile Data service will not be affected. However, Prepaid customers will not be able to access ‘Pay-as-you-go’ mobile Data service. We apologize for the inconvenience and we assure you that we will make every effort to restore the service affected ahead of the scheduled time. Thank you for your understanding. #LIMEHelp
