Serving my daughters favourite breakfast this morning before her trip . Open smoked salmon sandwich with a base of mixed granola & fruit bread from Swissbake layered with hummus & topped with tomatoes , lettuce , low fat cheddar cheese ,smoked salmon & a dollop of low fat garlic & herb cream cheese .Side of greens , tomatoes & cranberries . After sending off the kids , its time for the mom to hit the gym !
