Back story, if you care to read.. 7yrs ago, I was 26yrs old, diagnosed as clinically depressed, suffered from anxiety and was 80pnds over weight (220pnds-56 body fat %age @ a dangerous and life threatening 48%). FYI my healthy weight and body fat at the time, factored by age, weight, gender and height was 140pnds and 22% body fat. #FACT This put me at risk for both type 1 and type 2 diabetes as well as heart disease. The more fat that we have around our waistline, the more susceptible we are to the aforementioned health risks. It was at this time in my life that I learned that my health is in direct correlation with my overall well being. The Dr.s prescribed me 3 meds for my depression. Klonipin, Effexor and Seriquel (The spelling may be off) But basically they prescribed me the same meds as they do schitzophreniscs and mentally insane ppl all because I had a broken heart! WTF?# I told Doc f#$k you and your meds. (Sorry for cursing Ma). Roni Johnson I prayed and I prayed. I said the Good Lawd didnt make any mistakes on Me. I dont need your pills. 7months later, I lost 100pnds. quit smoking cigs cold turkey and best depression drug free!! My God is good to me. Today I am recovering from falling off a ladder last year and suffering from whiplash and a soft tissue tear in my neck and shoulders. Im working on Me.
