Set Your Facebook Pictures to Self Destruct With Secret.li Nobody - TopicsExpress

Set Your Facebook Pictures to Self Destruct With Secret.li Nobody wants her employers to see pictures from the party last night or random acquaintances to see pictures from his engagement. Encrypting your Facebook pictures and sharing them with only those you choose would make life easier. Secret.li lets you take pictures and apply a filter so that the image is just a mass of unrecognizable pixels when you upload it to Facebook. You then make it accessible for a certain period of time to a certain group of people. The people who see the image on your newsfeed who do not have your approval will only see the colorful mess that was once and image. Once the time period you have chosen expires, the photo deletes itself from the app and Facebook. This form of security, however, needs users to be logged into the app, which will need access to your Facebook account. It is currently available on the app store and can be used on the iPhone 3GS or later. Of course, there is nothing to stop someone who has the permission to view it from taking a screen shot and re-posting it. And if your friends are not active Facebook users they might not ever see it.
