Seth Alan Lee Dunford of Nevada passed away at 1:00 pm Monday Jan. 19, 2015 at home. Seth passed well before his time from a rare inherited neurodegenerative disease, “Late Infantile Batten Disease”. Seth was born September 6, 2008 in Galion. Seth is survived by his mother Rebeccca Van Hesteren of Bucyrus; his younger sister Mickaylah Curtis of Bucyrus; younger cousin Rylee Van Hesteren of CA; Maternal Grandmother and caregiver Crystal Freeman “MawMaw” (Tim Cover) of Nevada, OH; Special Grandmother Nancy “Nana” (Jeff) Groves, Nevada; Paternal Grandmother Luana Alger “Nana Lu” of Jacksonville, FL; Maternal Grandfather Chris “PawPaw” (Mel) Van Hesteren of Ashland; Maternal Uncles Jon and Matt Van Hesteren, Maternal Aunts Brittany and Ashley Van Hesteren, Paternal Uncle Micheau Kelley and Paternal Aunt Kira “KiKi” Kelley, as well as several great aunts, uncles, and great grandparents. Seth loved cars, music, movies, Nemo, all animals, especially his dogs Casper and Buddy. He also loved to throw things (he definitely had a good arm which anyone could attest to). His “sissy” could always make his day and light up his world! Seth attended Angeline School and Industries in Upper Sandusky. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday at 1:00 pm in the Munz-Pirnstill Funeral Home and friends may call on Friday from 4-7 pm. The family would like to stress special thanks to the nurses who helped by providing excellent in home care, his teachers from Angeline School, family, friends, and his uncle Jim Alger for special considerations.
