Seven Things I Value Most in Business and Life: 1. Hard Work. Nothing builds character, momentum, muscle and money like good old-fashioned sweat...the kind that can only be produced through high intensity, personal, hands-on effort. 2. Consistency. Daily action over extended periods of time builds on the momentum created through the act of working hard, one day at a time. 3. Honesty and Authenticity. Theres something really cool about telling the truth and being real with people, including you! You never have to fake anything. 4. Fun and Pleasure. If you hate something, youll never do it. If you like it a little, youll do very little. If you LOVE it, you will fly out of bed, forego sleep and spend literally every waking moment doing it. 5. Learning and Growing. Everything we do in this business is learnable. I cant do this is incomprehensible. 6. Giving Generously. The more you give of your time, talents, resources, the greater value you bring to everything you do. And...theres much more to give than money! 7. Accountability. Its my fault. Ill take the blame. Taking full responsibility for your actions is the root cause of your success.
