Seven days to go.... Almost there. Want to wish everyone attempting IMUK the best of luck. I have been lucky on this journey to train with some determined people. I have seen brave, heroic people who have been to war and come back with injuries physical and psychological who push themselves to the limit. Its been a honour to train, compete with and befriend them. TEAMTRUESPIRIT TC will give the best of ourselves on the day, as we have during our training. Personally my thanks go to Paul Atkinson, Mark Gallagher, Mark Humphrys. Top guys who have brought out what little talent i have got. Andy Brown pushed me to my limit each time i train with him. Paul Gee now swims like a fish. Sean Crompton taking on IMUK and Wales. Donna Marie already this year has done IM Austria. Chris Townson top guy and has been a big part of TTS this year with his effort and fundraising. Louise Townson like her dad tough as teak. Suffered a few injuries this year and still keeps going. Good luck everyone..not to have taken part is the biggest regret you can have.
